Careers

We’re on a mission to reduce the stress and inconvenience associated with taking pets to the vets, by bringing the consulting room to them.

Interested in joining us? Then read on….

Our practice is modern, sophisticated and digitally enabled, which allows us to offer an exceptional level of customer service and care. This leads to happy clients and a contented team.  We opened our doors in April 2022 – having initially started the practice from our founder Jo’s home, we’ve come a long way in just 2 years and now have a fabulous head office in Prestwick Park (near the airport) and a second van in the pipeline for later this year… but we also need more great people.

Why we’re different?

Our modern, fully equipped consulting room would rival that of any standard practice setup. We focus on things we can do exceptionally well, which is consulting. We leave operations and hospitalisation to static practices, who are better placed to provide this than we are. We have the support of a large practice group in Newcastle for anything urgent or out of hours, so our patients are never without the care they need.

Contextualised care forms a huge part of our ethos. Our service is highly personal, very professional and tailored to each client and their pet.

Why join us?

Our team has had experience in a range of practices spanning over 20 years, from big corporates to smaller, more traditional practices. We’ve recreated the best bits and left the not-so-good bits behind, to create the best possible experience for our clients, patients and our staff. We pride ourselves on being a fantastic place to work. We value our staff hugely and we promote a healthy work-life balance. We don’t work weekends, bank holidays or out of hours, we respect lunch breaks and we offer highly competitive pay.

Not only is our service a lot less stressful for pets and their owners, it’s also a lot more relaxed for us. We typically see between 6 and 8 appointments per day, with each appointment taking on average 30 minutes. If you’re feeling frustrated by working in hectic, overstretched practices and don’t have enough time to give your clients and patients the level of service you want to provide, we could be just what you’re looking for….
