We are an award-winning mobile practice bringing high quality veterinary care to our clients’ homes. We opened our wheels in 2022 and have grown rapidly- we are now a highly experienced team of 8 with two vans and an office next to Newcastle Airport. This is also where the vans depart from every day. The practice is independently vet owned.

Our mobile setup is highly professional, with two modern, fully equipped consulting rooms that would rival that of any standard practice setup. We have the support of a large practice group in Newcastle for anything urgent or out of hours. Contextualised care forms a huge part of our ethos. Our service is highly personal, very professional and tailored to each client and their pet. It’s this philosophy that’s just won us the Best UK Vets “Best in County” award 2025 (Tyne & Wear).

We may be small, but we’ve achieved a lot in the space of 3 years, including:

Veterinary Surgeon – Full or Part Time

6.6 weeks holiday per annum including BH | No weekends or out of hours | Private Health Insurance | Employer contribution pension scheme | CPD funding | Staff discount scheme | RCVS and VDS fees paid

Salary – up to £65,000 per annum* (depending on experience)

*pro rata for part time hours

Due to continued growth we are now seeking an additional vet to join our team. This role could be adapted to part or full time depending on the individual. This is a consulting-only role, with longer appointment times (up to 30 minutes as standard.

  • Consults only – no operations
  • 100% mobile with back up of large practice group locally
  • Dedicated team of office support staff
  • Modern, fully equipped consulting room – probably nicer than anything you’ve worked in before!
  • Average 30 minute consultations, with appointments between 8:30am-5pm
  • Stylish office based in Prestwick Business Park near Newcastle airport
  • Working in the van as part of a two person team (usually with an RVN)
  • Small, friendly and experienced team
  • Independent and vet-owned
  • Monday to Friday – no weekends, bank holidays or out of hours

We leave operations and hospitalisation to static practices, who are better placed to provide this than we are. We have the support of a large practice group in Newcastle for anything urgent or out of hours, so our patients are never without the care they need.
