About our Plans
We believe pets are family, so naturally we want the best care for them. Our pet health plans offer simple, convenient and affordable care for your pet, all delivered from our mobile practice. What’s more, you don’t have to put up with any more noisy, stressful waiting rooms or car journeys – we come to you, and we arrange home delivery of your medication.
Our health plans not only help to keep your pet healthy and happy for longer, they also help you and your pet when they’re sick, with specific benefits to save you money.
We want to support you when you’re worried about your pet, which is why we’ve partnered with Vidivet to offer our plan members instant peace of mind with access to digital vet support 24/7, even on bank holidays and weekends.

Like NHS 111 for your pet. If you are not sure whether we need to see your pet or we are closed you can send a query to a vet on the VidiVet app and receive a personalised video response direct to your phone. 24/7 365 days per year.
Flea, tick & wormer tailored to your pet

Regular home delivery of flea, tick and wormer

How are our plans different?
Our Essential Plan offers a great value option for helping to keep your pet in tip top shape, including vaccinations and flea, tick and worm treatment. We provide a tailored parasite and vaccination plan for your pet, always ensuring we are prescribing responsibly.
We’ve included a whole host of additional benefits in our Complete Plan. With an annual health check and up to 3 vet checks per year included as well as various discounts off medications and tests, the Complete Plan reduces the risk of encountering unexpected, high vet bills at short notice. It also helps those with long term health conditions spread the cost of their care.
With all our plans we send your pet’s flea, tick and worm treatment directly to your door, which means you don’t have to remember to order it – one less thing for you to worry about.
We’ve also given all our plan members access to VidiVet, which provides you with access to a vet via the VidiVet app 24/7, 365 days a year. This gives you instant peace of mind when you are worried about your pet, particularly when we are closed. Think of it as an NHS 111 for pets. The VidiVet team are there to give you the right advice, and they will provide updates directly to us, which improves continuity of care for you and your pet.
