We believe pets are family, so naturally we want the best care for them. Our pet health plan offers high quality, convenient care for your pet at fantastic value. Your pet’s routine healthcare needs are covered with a convenient monthly payment, giving you peace of mind whilst also spreading the cost. What’s more, you don’t have to put up with any more noisy, stressful waiting rooms or car journeys – we come to you, and we arrange home delivery of your medication.

Our health plan helps to keep your pet healthy and happy for longer – it also helps you and your pet when they’re sick.

We want to support you when you’re worried about your pet, which is why we’ve partnered with Vidivet to offer our plan members instant peace of mind with access to digital vet support 24/7, even on bank holidays and weekends. This gives you instant peace of mind when you are worried about your pet, particularly when we are closed.

Think of it as an NHS 111 for pets. The VidiVet team are there to give you the right advice, and they will provide updates directly to us, which improves continuity of care for you and your pet.

I currently get flea and worm treatment from an online subscription service. Is there any benefit to switching to your plan?

We regularly see pets using online subscription products with ongoing flea problems. We use veterinary grade products that can’t be bought online without a prescription. They are usually newer products that cover a greater range of parasites to protect your pet and your family. Our tailored expert advice means you can be confident that your pet and family are protected adequately, and at a reasonable price.

I have insurance – do I need a Health Plan as well?

Insurance will not cover preventative care costs such as boosters and parasite control. Pet Health Plans provide your pet with fantastic value preventative health care, with the cost spread evenly over 12 months, helping you to budget for your pet’s everyday health needs.

I have a young and healthy animal – do I need a Health Plan?

Our Essential Plan provides all your pet’s preventative healthcare needs in a super convenient format. We take the pressure off you by taking care of your new pet’s preventative health needs, meaning less worry for you and more time to enjoy your pet!

My insurance company provides an app – should I use this instead of Vidivet?

Vidivet is a known and trusted provider of digital vet advice. They also communicate directly with us, which means we are kept updated about any advice you’ve needed, ensuring greater continuity of care. We would advise you to use Vidivet instead of your pet insurance app. The service is completely free of charge with one of the Plans.

How is payment taken?

Payment is taken from your card monthly. There is also the option to pay annually.

Is there a minimum term?

Our health plans have a minimum term of 12 months.

Is there a catchment area?

Our Essential Plan is available for all our clients within our catchment area. Additional visit fees apply for some postcodes. You can check our upto date catchment area here.

I currently have a health plan with another practice. How do I swap to yours?

Health Plans are specific to each practice – please contact your existing provider to cancel your plan. We will obtain your pet’s medical notes to ensure the transition of their care is simple and effective.
